The project involves approximately two years of work with completion in 2026 ; the new residential development is located approximately 300 meteres from the sea and includes energy class A mhomes with independent entrances.
The apartments, specifies the client company, have been designed by optimizing the concept of both a seaside home, and therefore as a second time and as a main homed, enhancing the independence and exclusivity, of each apartment. All the units the ground floor have a front and rear garden, while the units on the first floor include a ground floor garden and terraces.
The common areas also include the construction of a parking lot and the creation of a park divided into three islands deidcated to common activities, namely a children’sarea, a fitness area and a pet area.
The new residential complex is located, as mentioned, within the TR09 transormation area, wich is also one of the few areas within the municipality of Follonica tha has seen the start of work on the construction of new real estate surfaces resulting from previous urban planning provisions.
The current client company also took over from the original one, managing to start the work before the deadline set by current regulations.
