Restauri & Costruzioni was born from an idea of the Spinuzza brothers to form a dynamic and multidisciplinary company, capable of responding in a complete and structured way to the demands of the modern real estate market. Massimo, Fausto and Marzia Spinuzza are the third generation of a family that has been working in the construction field for over 70 years.
Anni ’50 From Sicily to Tuscany
Grandfather Pietro moves with his family from Sicily to Tuscany and buys a small mill where he starts producing tiles.

Anni ’70 The first buildings
Pietro and his sons undertake the construction of the first buildings, including a hotel (still in the family) near Siena. In 1978 his son Michele, already an all-round entrepreneur, focuses on the real estate sector and completes his first project on the Argentario coast.

Anni 80-90-2000 30 years of great expansion
Are 30 years of great expansion where over 40 real estate initiatives are developed in the Tuscan territory. The father Michele is supported by his children who, from an early age, "breathe the air of the construction site" sharing the passion for construction. The end of the 2000s were also years of real estate crisis, difficult times but also opportunities to renew and face the most formative challenges.

2018 Restauri & Costruzioni
The Spinuzza brothers found Restauri & Costruzioni and consolidate the close collaboration with the Tarocchi & Masi technical studio, a strategic reference for the growth of the company. The group expands with other real estate companies: Spi.di, Renova, Evergreen Costruzioni.
