The work in progress, provides for the total recovery - architectural, static and functional - of a single-family villa built in the early 70’s. The project will lead to the construction of 5 houses with single entrance and large garden, in energy class A and with all the comforts of the new building, albeit in the style and flavor of the Tuscan farmhouse.
